We'll add this to the list of things NOT to say to a pregnant woman

From a coworker this morning:
"How far along are you? 18 weeks? You look at least six months pregnant! Your belly definitely grew over the weekend!"

Mean, hateful person!

I hope this was followed by either a slap or a good cursing from you. I personally prefer tit for tat. Someone makes a rude comment about my appearance, I make one about theirs. What do they think? Just because we're pregnant, we forgot how to be rude bitches too?

I worked like 1/4 time just a few months into my pregnancy with Josh at the men's store I ran before pregnancy, and one of my employees would say, "Oh my gosh you're HUGE! You get bigger every time I see you!" every time I went in. Foul, provoking man. Josh and I hate him.

And that person now has a stiletto in the forehead, right? Right?!

Duh, tell your stupid coworker that your belly is supposed to grow and will keep getting bigger until the baby comes out. Then make sure you tell that person, "what a coincidence! You look like you grew over the weekend too!" Smile and walk away (this is allowed- you are the boss afterall)

Ps- you are lucky the comments thus far have been limited to the size of your belly.... I actually had a coworker exclaim how big my rear end had grown over the weekend. How the hell do you respond to such an asinine comment?

I would never say that to anyone. That is so rude.
